Membership Application

I would like to become a member of the Ann Arbor Branch of the Women’s National Farm and Garden Association.
I understand that as an Active member my responsibilities include:
1. Working at the Spring Garden Walk Fund Raiser
2. Purchasing 4 Garden Walk tickets
3. Help provide refreshments and table décor at one meeting
4. Attending monthly meetings (as possible)
5. Paying annual dues of $55
Your application will be presented to the Board at the next month’s board meeting. After your application is accepted,
you will receive a new member packet in the mail. Until then, we hope that you will be able to attend our monthly
meetings with your sponsor.
